Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

You will receive return instructions within 1–2 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please email us with your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BYMPTMT is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
